Real Estate WA has announced the long-awaited launch of their brand new website – realestatewa.com.au.

They are committed to providing consumers with the most effective tools in order for them to buy or sell property, and the launch of our website has been no exception.

Having created the site with the needs of the Western Australian public in mind, they truly expect it to become the leading real estate portal for property in Western Australia.

The face of real estate media has changed dramatically, even in just the past two years, with expenditure by real estate agencies in on-line media doubling since 2006.

87% of Australian adults access the internet every day – and our own research is borne out by a recent Roy Morgan polls, which suggests that the internet is now the second most popular media for finding properties for sale.

Being a leading real estate newspaper in the northern suburbs for the past 11 years, Real Estate WA realised that there is a need for a website that is specifically Western Australian based, that would complement their newspaper, meet the needs of real estate buyers, sellers and renters, and that took the best parts of our newspaper and modified them for use on the internet.

Accordingly, the new website will feature:

• An on-line Home Open Guide which is fully searchable, and will make the job of planning your weekend house-hunting a breeze.
• All properties listed in the classifieds section of their newspaper will also be available to be searched on our website – so if it’s mid-week, and the next Real Estate WA is not out until Friday, you can still get a glimpse of the properties available in the areas you are looking at, an archive of our front page editorial articles – so if you want to revisit an article from a previous week, you will be able.

Of course, the Real Estate WA newspaper will still be delivered to your letterbox each Friday, as it has been for the past 11 years.
