Sustainable Ethical Investment Fund Floats on ASX

1points Posted 71 days, 14 hours ago by Rob

Greenedge Ethical Investments is a recently floated Investment fund set up for the purposes of raising funds to invest in fully sustainable, ethical eco developments around Australia. Greenedge Ethical is set to become a market leader in providing "intelligent money", which understands a fully sustainable philosophy, to developers of sustainable eco developments, including eco-retirement Villages. Greenedge Ethical, upon successful listing, will immediately invest in 3 projects around the country. There is a strong pipeline of future projects to provide ongoing investments for the fund.

All projects are "deep green" developments, providing sustainability of the environment as well as the economic viability of each project. All projects must meet strict design guidelines and principles. Greenedge Ethical has recently become a signatory to the UN Principles of Responsible Investment (UNPRI).

The Fund is in its Capital raising phase at the moment. It is looking for investors who believe that small investments can make big changes to purchase a minimum of just 2000 $1 shares . Mr Paul Antonelli, the Managing Director, has coined the term 2-4-8 fund raising - 2000 investors with an average of $4000 per investor equals $8,000,000, the minimum required to successfully list on the ASX. This is a unique opportunity to invest in something other than a traditional ASX listed companty. This investment can make a change, and we must all agree that we can't simply keep doing things the way we always have.

For more information on the share offer and an online video of Mr Paul Antonelli talking about the fund and its projects, please visit www.greenedgeethical.com.au

The share offer is set to close on November 14 2008. It is a one for one offer with fully tradable options until the end of 2012.

This is a unique opportunity to help make a change. The prospectus and application form can be downloaded from the website www.greenedgeethical.com.au. Shares may be purchased online via the website or by completing the application form downloaded with the prospectus and posting with a cheque to the Share registry.

Sorry you feel that way, but I can assure you that we are not spamming. We are asking a lot of people to put it out on their networks, but we do not spam nor do we advocate spamming.

Interesting idea but you might have a few problems filling applications, Rob.  Maybe you should register that domain name first, before some enterprising wit does it and leaves you in a world of hurt.  Just sayin’ =)

Rob. I think you will find the company is neither “floated” nor a signatory to the “UNPRI”. Both untrue statements. I do hope this is a misprint rather than a claim by the company!

Hello Isabelle,

the company has “floated” or lodged an IPO with the ASX and is in Capital raising. Once the capital has been raised it will “list” on the ASX. It has already been given a code by the ASX - GEI. It has been admitted as a signatory to the UNPRI as a service provider. It has approval documentation in place and has also been given permission by the UNPRI to use their logo. This logo appears, as does the ASX code, in the companied propsectus which has been lodged with both ASX and ASIC.

Hope that clears up you questions Isabelle.
