Luke Webster to undergo radical surgery

Popular Fremantle Docker Luke Webster is to undergo radical knee reconstruction after rupturing his ACL playing for his WAFL side on the weekend. Sydney Swans’ defender Nick Malceski has undergone this surgery after his injury in February and is already training with his side. Although originating in France, the procedure is now banned in that country and involved replacing the natural tendon with a artificial one. This will be the unlucky Webster's fourth knee reconstruction as he struggles to regain his place in the Dockers line up.
