Apparently, we’re seeing Venus, Jupiter and a thin three-day-old crescent moon. What the photo doesn’t show, though, is how amazingly bright all three appear against the stars in the sky.

The second and final test for the Australian vs Sri Lanka series gets under way this morning with Picky Ponting win the toss and electing to bat on what is being described as an absolute belta of a batting pitch.
The Australians who are looking for a 14th straight win have taken an unchanged side into the match with local Tassie boy, Ben Hilfenhaus, to carry the drinks.
The Lankans on the other hand have made two changes with Kumar Sangakkara coming back from injury to replace Thilan Samaraweera. Somewhat of a surprise is the dropping of Chaminda Vaas.
